Olivia Charlton is a dedicated community leader and advocate for underserved families in Broward County. With over two decades of experience working closely with low-income households, Olivia has become a trusted resource for connecting individuals and families to vital social services, housing support, and educational opportunities.
As a long-standing resident of Oakland Park and President of the Lakeside Homeowners Association, Olivia has demonstrated her deep commitment to community development and grassroots engagement. Her background also includes leading a local maintenance and service company, where she developed operational leadership and a strong understanding of neighborhood needs.
In her new role as a board member at Piney Grove Academy, Olivia brings a wealth of expertise in family outreach and social support systems. She is passionate about creating pathways for student success by helping the school strengthen its connections with community resources, social service agencies, and housing partners. Her vision is to help Piney Grove Academy become a hub for holistic student and family development, especially for those facing economic hardship.
