Uniform Code

Uniform Policy & Code
We are introducing an updated school uniforms and colors—reflecting our continued commitment to unity, professionalism, and pride. Change can take time to adjust to, but these updates are a meaningful step forward in strengthening our school identity.
Our New School Colors: Black & Gold
Effective this school year, all students across all grade levels are expected to follow the updated uniform guidelines:
-
Black Polo Shirts
-
Black Oxford Button-Down Shirts
-
All-Black P.E. Uniforms
We understand that some families may have already purchased uniforms in last year’s colors, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to exchange items, please contact the school office — we’re here to support you through this transition.
Order Early — Be Ready for Day One
We strongly encourage all families to order the new uniforms as soon as possible. When students arrive on the first day of school dressed in matching black and gold, they send a powerful message: we are one family, committed to excellence, purpose, and progress.
Thank you for partnering with us in your child’s journey. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
At Piney Grove Academy, we do everything on purpose — and that includes looking our best, together.
PE Participation Policy:
Students not in the correct uniform will not be allowed to participate in Physical Education and will receive a grade of “0” for that day.
Uniform Purchase Policy:
We understand that sometimes uniform items may not fit as expected. However, as stated at the time of purchase, all uniforms are ordered in the sizes requested by parents to ensure the best possible fit for each student.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or direct exchanges on purchased items. If your child’s uniform does not fit, we are happy to assist by helping you connect with another family who may be interested in purchasing it from you.
A new size can be obtained by placing a new order or successfully reselling your current items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure all students are prepared for the school year.
