Lynn S. Tesauro
Lynn S. Tesauro is an accomplished leader with a strong background in healthcare, education, and community governance.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University and later completed the Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program at Florida International University. She is also a certified condominium and HOA board member, bringing expertise in product marketing, project management, budget planning, communication, and policy development.
From 2021 to 2024, Lynn served as President of L’Etoile Homeowners’ Association, where she oversaw contract negotiations, implemented capital improvements, created community engagement initiatives, and managed vendor relationships.
Previously, she held the role of Vice President of the same association, focusing on day-to-day operations, conflict resolution, and policy development. Earlier in her career, she contributed as a member of the Broward County Girl Scouts Board, helping to plan events and maintain financial stability, and as Secretary of the Association of Hospital Employee Health Professionals, where she organized statewide conferences and continuing education opportunities.
As a board member, Lynn is dedicated to supporting Piney Grove Academy by strengthening its operations, enhancing educational opportunities, and ensuring the safety and success of its students, all while upholding the school’s mission and vision.
